A course unlike any other, Flutterby Hypnobirthing is a comprehensive childbirth prep course that harnesses the power of the mind-body connection; you do not need to take another childbirth ed course! We cut through the myths our culture tells us about birth and get down to the honest truth. Together, we move from uncertainty to confidence.

A virtual experience allows us to interact, practice techniques, and conduct guided hypnosis sessions from the comfort of your own home! Though classes are based in Minnesota, we welcome all from the 48 contiguous US states. Class times are CST. ​

WHO SHOULD TAKE FLUTTERBY HYPNOBIRTHING?
It doesn't matter where you are birthing, or whether you are a first-time or experienced parent. All are welcome, and classes are made up of a variety of students and perspectives. Most students begin between 25 and 34 weeks, though it's never too late. Flutterby Hypnobirthing is also a great fit for those planning a VBAC!
