The #1 concern for new parents is SLEEP and how to get it! Do you want to know the best way to get a good night sleep? Start early! This workshop is designed to set up healthy expectations and habits surrounding infant sleep both before baby is here and in the early months. Using evidence-based research and firmly rooted in the principles of Attachment Theory, we will help set you up for the best "4th Trimester" possible. Bolster your infant sleep knowledge, learn about calming techniques and ‘normal’ sleep patterns for a baby, and gain the confidence you need to help your baby sleep. Together we will set the stage for good sleep habits so your baby can grow up knowing that bedtime is a safe, happy, and peaceful time!
Class Fee: $45 (includes mother and one additional guest)
Expectant parents and those with babies ages newborn-16 weeks are welcome to attend! Babes-in-arms are also welcome, taking into consideration the learning needs of others in attendance. Taught by Flutterby's owner Erin Stertz-Follett, Certified Infant Sleep Educator
